Business partners Mark Buckenham and Moss Razavi began working in the tyre industry at the age of 17 and 19 respectively. 25 years on, back in 2008, they came together to take over the running of Weeting Tyres in Brandon, and within three years they had developed the Brandon site into a flourishing business offering a range of new services and an extensive range of tyres from all the leading national and international brands.

Weeting Tyres went on enjoy recognition for its notable achievements under Mark and Moss's ownership, being named a Toyo Key Dealer and a Maxxis Centre of Excellence. It also became a Hankook official agent and a DOTZ Wheels authorised distributor. These well-earned and esteemed titles demonstrated the unique expertise and experience that Mark and Moss brought to the business, and the ambitious and dedicated personalities of the two partners.

Just three years later in March 2011, Weeting Tyres expanded to create sister company, WTL Suffolk Limited, and took over management of three additional sites located in Bury St Edmunds, Chelmsford and Ipswich. These HiQ-branded sites have marked the beginning of another journey for Mark and Moss which has seen them develop and expand the services offered on each site and continue to build their outstanding reputation in the tyre industry.

Since taking on the management of the three new sites, they have undertaken a full refurbishment of their Ipswich depot, improved staff levels at all sites, and developed the skillbase and expertise of their staff, including ATA accreditation for existing staff members.

In addition to their impressive accomplishments within their company, Mark and Moss have been involved with their local community by sponsoring a children’s football team, the Brandon Lads & Lasses AFC, and in Summer 2011 were invited to present a prestigious team award at the 2011 British Touring Car Championship, with the footage being broadcast live on national television.
